	CA. Narendra Shah

	He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is practicing since 1974. He has wide experience in the field of General business advice to management His positive approach to any issue flows into the firm & hence reflects in the firm's performance.

	His guiding philosophy is "to do not just what is legal, but what is right also". Hence, at Bhavesh Mehta & Co., we believe in having high professional and ethical standards and practice them every day through the delivery of quality professional services.

	The signature characteristic shared by him and the firm is a thoughtful, open, analytical, often challenging approach that tests the assumptions of the clients. His insight, integrity, and candor in the partnering process have become well-recognized trademarks of his work.

	He had been on the Board of Directors of various listed companies and offering invaluable guidance on the companies' policies.

	He currently devotes a significant portion of his time in educating the down-trodden, but is equally active as a mentor to the younger members of the team.

	He is a member of J. B. Nagar Study Circle.



	CA. Ketan Damani

	He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is practicing since 1985. He has wide experience in the field of Audit, Taxation, Company Law Matters.

	During his practice he has been associated with reputed industries and management consultants in senior positions. Hence, over the years, he has obtained rich experience in almost every field of Industry and commerce like Direct and Indirect Taxation, Auditing, Corporate Finance, Company Law,

	FEMA, International Taxation and Transfer Pricing. He handles all complex problems in above areas with equal ease but his core competency lies in understanding the client's requirement and providing value added management consultancy services.

	He is on the Board of Directors of a limited company as a professional director offering invaluable guidance on the companies' policies of good corporate governance and helping solve their compliance issues with the myriad of laws under the Income tax Act, Companies Act, etc.

	His core area of competency is consultation, appearances and assessments under the Income Tax Act and representations at the assessment and appellate levels.

	He is past conveyor and a member of Matunga Study Circle and has delivered talks on several occasions on topics of varied professional interests.

	He is menber of Bombay Chartered Accountants Society and Chamber of Income Tax Consultants. He is a member of Institution of Valuers.



	CA. Bhavesh Mehta

	He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is practicing since 1999 has wide experience in the field of Bank Audit.

	He is mainly involved in Bank Audits like Statutory Branch Audit, Concurrent Audits, Revenue Audits, Income Leakage, Security(Stock) Audits, Unit Inspection and Security Verification of various Public Sector Banks and Co-operative Banks.

	He is also involved in statutory and internal audits of various Central and State Level Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

	He is closely associated with various PSUs offering guidance on issues arising out of compliance laws.

	He strives not just to meet, but exceed client expectations consistently by imbibing Teamwork, Professionalism and Personalized Service & Specialization.

	He is with Bombay Chartered Accountants Society (BCAS), J. B. Nagar CPE Study Circle and Mulund CPE Study Circle of WIRC.

	He has done certification course on Central Depository (BCCD) conducted by BSE.

	He has done Post Qualification Course in Information Systems Audit (ISA).

	He is holding licence to act as Surveyor and Loss Assessor under Insurance Act, 1938 for Fire Department.

	He is a member of Institution of Valuers.




	CA. Alpesh Nagda

	He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is practicing since 2003. He has wide experience in the field of Audit, Taxation, Company Law Matters and Service Tax Matters.

	He is not only equipped with wide array of knowledge in service tax but also good practical knowledge to handle the different situations.

	He has in-depth knowledge of LLP laws and has expertise in its timely formation and procedural aspects. Once again, he has good practical knowledge to handle any given situations.

	With his unending efforts, we are able to satisfy our customers both in terms of quality of work and timely delivery of work.

	He is a member of International Fiscal Association.

	He is a member of India Chapter, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

	He is with Bombay Chartered Accountants Society (BCAS), J. B. Nagar CPE Study Circle and Mulund CPE Study Circle of WIRC.

	He is a member of Matunga Study Circle and has delivered talks on several occasions on topics of varied professional interests.



	CA. Ashok H. Parekh

	He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and is practicing since 1983. He has wide experience in the field of Income Tax and Service Tax Matters.

	His core area of competency is consultation, appearances and assessments under the Income Tax and Service Tax Act. He has good knowledge regarding the procedural aspects of service tax.

	He is a member of Matunga Study Circle.



	CA. Vijay K. Mullaji

	He is a Fellow Member of Institute Of Chartered Accountants Of India, practicing since 1982.

	He has been associated with well known companies and trusts in various capacities while working in the diverse areas of accounts, audit, finance, income-tax and investments

	His core competency lies in macro level analysis and approach towards various issues in the course of professional assignments. His outlook is broad based and views matters with larger perspective

	He contributes regularly to chatroom column of Economic Times. He has won All-India Written Debates, which were prominently published in Economic Times

	He is member of Rotary Club Of Mumbai Hills South and served as its Joint Secretary.

	He is life member of Matunga Gymkhana and served on its Screening Committee

	He is member of Matunga CA Study Circle

	He is member of Indian Gymkhana, where he is very actively associated with its Toast Masters (Public Speaking) Club.



	CS Milind Nirkhe

	He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and is practicing since 1989. His core area of competency is Secretarial, Legal & Merchant Banking Activities etc.

	A Company Secretary with Diploma in Central Excise & Customs from TVC Institute of Management.

	Delivered lectures on Company Law, MCA 21 to Matunga C. A. Study Circle.
